X-Ray Interpretation Course

Qualified explosives technicians will provide your security personnel with the in-depth knowledge to recognize and identify thousands of components of improvised explosive devices [IEDs]. Students will learn the newest methods used by international terrorist organizations to attempt to circumvent x-ray/fluoroscope detection devices. Topics covered includes;

•    x-ray/fluoroscope procedures

•    recognition of commercial explosives

•    identification of IED components

•    IED and weapons concealment techniques 

•    Interpretation of x-ray images
